Wythall Tennis Club is located within the grounds of Wythall Park and is part of the Wythall Community Association. Within this association there are lots of local clubs who provide facilities for the local community.
Wythall Community Association (WCA) is a Registered Charity and is an unincorporated association of members, governed by its Constitution.
The Association’s aims are to maintain the 37 acre site known as Wythall Park for use by its members, constituent organisations and local inhabitants. This is done by allowing clubs to rent specific areas for their activities, providing facilities for hire and normally allowing free access to the park facility for members and residents who respect the pleasure of others.
The Wythall Community Club was established in 1967, and is a not-for-profit private members club.
Wythall Community Club provides a social club atmosphere giving you a cosy and friendly environment for all your family and friends. There facilities include extensive rooms, TV, function rooms, special events, local clubs and entertainment. The Club’s objects are to provide opportunities for recreation and social interaction; to encourage good fellowship and activities beneficial to members of the Wythall community.
Membership is open to persons aged 18 years or more, who live in the Wythall neighbourhood, the surrounding areas or who have a link with the area.
Members may sign Guests into the Club for a visit not more than twice a month. In the event of a formal visit by a club or association for a pre-arranged game or function, Visitors or the “opposition” shall be entitled to use the premises.
